General Production Worker/Machine Operator

Currently located in Westbrook, CT , with plans to relocate to North Haven, CT in 2027

Responsibilities:

• Assist with assembly, production, and fabrication activities

• Operate hand and power tools

• Perform basic quality inspections

• Follow safety and production procedures

• Support various manufacturing departments as needed

Qualifications:

• Strong mechanical aptitude

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hamden, CT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
