Schedule: Full-Time (5 days per week)

Salary: $150,000 - $200,000

We are seeking a friendly and compassionate Pulmonology Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive care to patients with respiratory conditions, including asthma, COPD, pneumonia, and other pulmonary disorders, in a team-based environment.

• Conduct thorough physical assessments and medical screenings of patients with pulmonary conditions.
• Diagnose and treat common respiratory illnesses, including asthma, bronchitis, and pneumonia.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on medical history, current symptoms, and lifestyle factors.
• Prescribe medications and therapies, such as inhalers, antibiotics, and pulmonary rehabilitation programs.
• Educate patients and families on disease management, medication adherence, and lifestyle modifications.
• Perform diagnostic procedures, such as spirometry, chest X-rays, and arterial blood gas analysis.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Minimum 6 months of experience in long-term care or a skilled nursing facility
• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Physician license
• DEA License
• CPR BLS certified
• Master's Degree in Nursing
• Graduated from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Experience in Pulmonology or respiratory care
• Preferred experience with documenting in EMR systems (training provided)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
