- Be informed about the day’s priorities.
- Maintain a positive attitude while facing all tasks, adapting to changes as they arise.
- Complete cleaning and stocking duties on time—set the next shift up for success.
- Assemble a wide range of menu items, meeting speed and accuracy goals by ensuring every order is made quickly, correctly, and consistently.
- Ensure each guest has a great experience by delivering warm, friendly service every time.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Help build our culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust.
- Minimum age: 16 years.
- Complete basic food safety training (Food Handler’s Card or equivalent).
- Enjoy working with food (food service experience preferred but not required).
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Flexible hours, including nights and weekends; adapt to shifting priorities.
- Physical requirements:
- Lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 pounds.
- Stand and walk for up to 6 hours.
- Communicate clearly and quickly understand directions in a loud environment.
