PrimaryResponsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and cultivate new business, with a focus on commercial accounts
- Engage in all sales and marketing tactics (with extensive corporate marketing support) to move prospects through your funnel to closing
- Track all sales activities in Hub Spot and leverage Hub Spot to its fullest potential
- Utilize World’s broad platform to bring risk management solutions to individuals and business owners, including traditional commercial lines insurance, high net worth / private client, employee benefits, retirement financial services, and payroll and HR outsourcing
- Must have proven experience with a range of insurance solutions to bring value to clients
- Must be willing to become each client’s trusted risk management advisor and bring the entire World platform to each client (P&C, Employee Benefits, Retirement Plans, Wholesale, and Payroll and HR outsourcing services)
- Must maintain all relevant insurance licenses from the first day of employment to be positioned to manage an existing book of business
- Desirable but not mandatory: prior experience selling commercial insurance for a top broker; familiarity with AMS
360 or Epic and a sales CRM (World uses Hub Spot); experience building and presenting client pitches
As a World Insurance Client Advisor, compensation is earned through base salary plus commissions, with access to a full suite of employee benefits, including a 401(k) match that is immediately fully vested. The base salary range is $60,000 to $200,000+ and depends on experience and revenue performance. Base salary grows with your book of business, with potential to exceed the top of the range.
