• Hit training modules and on-the-job training with Sales Manager and supervisors.
• Travel assigned territory to call on commercial customers.
• Compile lists of prospects from newspapers, directories, trade shows, websites, and other sources.
• Inspect and assess pest problems and suggest Braman solutions following policy and pricing.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience, follow up for satisfaction, and creatively grow relationships.
• Meet and greet potential customers to generate new business.
• Opportunity to grow into a role aligned with your skills – e.g., management.

• A “Hunter” mentality – willing to meet prospects face-to-face and start conversations.
• High school education or GED (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Valid driver’s license in current state of residence.
• Strong customer service, communication, and critical thinking skills; 2+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing and able to travel to Braman’s various branches as needed.
