Shuttle Bus Driver – Yale University Campus (Hamden, CT)

Now Hiring CDL Shuttle Bus Drivers. Must have a valid Connecticut CDL with Airbrake and Passenger Endorsement F&P.

Full‑time, $26.50/hr transferable to union payscale. Contact:  ext. 104.

• Operate shuttle bus routes safely and on schedule.
• Provide excellent customer service to students, staff, and faculty.
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, ensuring vehicle cleanliness and safety equipment readiness.
• Enforce seat‑belt and emergency response procedures.
• Maintain accurate logs and reports; adhere to all DOT regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.

• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid Connecticut CDL with Airbrake and Passenger Endorsement F&P.
• At least 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional).
• Availability to work assigned shift hours and days.
• Must pass a DOT drug test and physical examination.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations 49 CFR Part 40.
