This is a small firm where Senior Tax Associates do not get parked.

The tax work is varied and properly technical. Owner managed businesses. Complex personal tax. Corporate returns that actually make you think. Planning exposure early, not as a maybe one day thing. You are trusted with more than just execution.

Hybrid working is genuinely how they operate. Three days in the office, two side of busy season the hours calm down and people take advantage of that. No guilt. No raised eyebrows.

CPA is ideal but not essential if your experience is strong and you are serious about your development.
