Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time on‑site role for a Senior Accountant at K.K. CPA. Reporting to the Lead Accountant, you will primarily be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying tax consulting opportunities, reviewing working paper files, corporate and personal tax returns.

Key Responsibilities- Managing client relationships and ensuring financial deadlines are met effectively.
- Preparing and reviewing financial and taxation documents such as T1 General, T2 Income Tax Return, Financial Statements, NOA/Statement of Accounts.
- Preparing and filling various financial documents such as T4/T4A/T5/T5018 Returns.
- Reviewing and filing payroll, payroll remittance and WSIB.
- Staying informed on relevant accounting regulations and tax laws, ensuring client compliance.
- Mentoring and providing guidance to junior accounting staff.
- Collaborating with internal teams to improve processes and deliver exceptional client service.
- Reviewing and occasionally assisting with bookkeeping.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- CPA designation (and/or legacy CA, CMA, or CGA) or working toward attaining one.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Case Ware, Profile, and Quick Books / Quick Books Online.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including Canadian tax laws and audits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client‑first approach.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
