• Manage full-cycle accounting, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close activities
• Assist with financial reporting and support the Director of Finance with ad-hoc analysis
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of accounting processes
• Contribute to process improvements and system efficiencies

• 3+ years of full-cycle accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of journal entries and month-end procedures
• CPA designation or working toward it is an asset, not a requirement
• Non-profit experience is an advantage but not mandatory
• Available to start right away
