• The candidate will be expected to calculate and prepare payroll cheques.
• The candidate must calculate fixed assets and depreciation.
• The candidate will be required to keep financial records and to establish, maintain, and balance various accounts using manual and computerised bookkeeping systems.
• The candidate will be expected to keep general ledgers and financial statements up to date.
• The candidate must post journal entries.
• The candidate must prepare additional statistical, financial, and accounting reports.
• The candidate must prepare tax returns.
• The candidate must prepare a trial balance of books.
• The candidate must reconcile accounts.

• The candidate should be fluent in English language.
• The candidate must have a certificate or diploma from a one‑year to two‑year College, CEGEP, or other non‑university programme.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related industry.
