Position: In-Office Bookkeeper for Multiple Clients
Elevate your accounting career as a Bookkeeper supporting multiple clients in an in-office setting. This role requires attention to detail and efficient task management every day.

In this position, you will be responsible for day-to-day bookkeeping tasks across various clients. With 2-4 years of experience, your analytical and organizational skills will be vital in maintaining ledger accuracy and processing accounts. You will also assist with month-end activities and communicate effectively with clients for missing documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record daily financial transactions accurately

• Maintain the accuracy of general ledgers

• Process accounts payable and receivable promptly

• Perform reconciliations for accounts and bank statements

• Organize and sustain client accounting records

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in accounting or related field

• 2-4 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience

• Proficiency in Quick Books Online and Microsoft Excel

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Excellent attention to detail and deadline management
