• Ensure timely payments through accounts payable processing

• Reconcile and monitor numerous bank accounts daily

• Post tenant rents and record loan transactions routinely

• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and inventory valuation

• Prepare tax returns and WSIB reporting on schedule

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting or Finance

• 1-3 years of hands-on accounting experience

• Proficiency with accounting software like Account Edge

• Experience desirable in multi-entity environments

• Detail-oriented and able to manage high volumes
