Key Responsibilities:

• Process and organize receipts, invoices, and documents

• Manage Hubdoc and digital document workflows

• Match transactions with supporting records

• Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks

• Prepare bank and credit card reconciliations for review

Requirements:

• 2+ years of bookkeeping experience required

• Hands-on experience with accounts payable and receivable

• Proficient in Quick Books Online

• Strong document management skills

• Eligibility to work in Canada
