The Mason Group is looking for a Senior Accountant who will manage full-cycle bookkeeping and support financial closes. This position includes preparing intercompany transactions and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. You will mentor junior staff and engage in process improvements to elevate accounting efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain up-to-date financial records across entities

• Manage full bookkeeping activity and supports closes

• Prepare and reconcile intercompany transactions

• Ensure adherence to accounting policies and regulations

• Assist with internal financial reporting as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience

• Accounting designation is a plus

• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
