Hamilton Duncan is seeking an experienced billing and accounting clerk to join their Surrey office. With a minimum of three years in accounting roles, you will contribute to the success of lawyers by efficiently administering billing processes. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be crucial in managing various tasks, all while fostering a positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer WIP time and disbursements
• Prepare monthly e-bills and upload invoices
• Conduct timely bank reconciliations
• Respond to internal and external accounting queries
• Provide support for other accounting team projects
Requirements:
• Minimum three years of accounting experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage deadlines independently
• Experience with Unity billing software is a plus
