Senior Accountant at Aspire Software

Join Aspire Software in Lebanon as a Senior Accountant, specializing in Net Suite operations and U.S. GAAP compliance. Optimize financial workflows and enhance subscription billing processes daily.

In this role, you will execute month-end and quarter-end closes, while preparing and posting journal entries. You'll also maintain critical reconciliations, supervise revenue schedules, and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal controls. Your expertise will be essential in supporting audit processes and implementing improvements within Net Suite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute month-end and quarter-end close activities in Net Suite

• Prepare and post journal entries and accruals

• Perform balance sheet and income statement reconciliations

• Support subscription billing and revenue workflows

• Identify and implement process improvements in Net Suite

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• 5+ years of accounting experience with U.S.

-based companies

• Hands-on experience with Net Suite

• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP

• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
