You will play a critical role in supporting the financial health of concurrent construction projects. This position involves managing day-to-day accounting activities, preparing insightful financial reports, and partnering with project teams to identify risks and opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project accounting for multiple concurrent projects

• Prepare and analyze financial reports monthly and quarterly

• Review and validate project costs for accuracy

• Coordinate billing activities with project teams

• Maintain AR aging reports and initiate collections

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of accounting experience in construction

• Understanding of WIP and percentage-of-completion

• Contract billing and invoicing experience

• Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency

• Educational background in accounting or finance
