Position: Financial Controller for Manufacturing Facility
Join a North American packaging manufacturer in Greater Hamilton as a Plant Financial Controller. This onsite role focuses on enhancing financial processes and guiding strategic planning initiatives.

The Plant Financial Controller will oversee accounting functions, including treasury and financial reporting. This position is crucial for ensuring compliance, developing financial strategies, and supporting business growth. Engage with the leadership team to monitor performance and financial health while identifying areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead accounting functions including Accounts Payable and Receivable

• Prepare financial statements and management reports on schedule

• Monitor cash flow and financial performance indicators

• Develop budgets and forecasts to improve profitability

• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance;
Master's preferred

• At least 5 years of accounting management experience

• Proficient in GAAP and financial reporting practices

• Experience using ERP systems in a manufacturing context

• Strong leadership and analytical skills
