This role requires attention to detail in processing employee data, verifying work hours, and liaising with City Payroll for inquiries. You'll play a vital part in delivering accurate payroll services to enhance employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll data and ensure validity of employee information

• Analyze source documents for payroll accuracy

• Verify hours and adjustments using the Trapeze System

• Balance payroll records and prepare accurate reports

• Address employee inquiries related to payroll matters
Requirements:

• Experience in HR/payroll processing

• Proficient with People Soft or similar systems

• Ability to manage high-volume tasks efficiently

• Strong computer skills in Word and Excel

• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
