On-Site Accounting & Process Manager

Become the Accounting and Business Process Manager at INCOM Manufacturing Group, where technology and innovation are at the forefront. This hands-on, on-site role offers dynamic responsibilities beyond standard accounting.

In this position, you will direct the daily accounting tasks while focusing on enhancing processes. Collaborating closely with management and departments, you’ll pave the way for improved efficiency and reporting across operations and business systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Canadian and U.S. accounting on a daily basis

• Oversee financial reporting and account reconciliations

• Administer payroll, tax, and insurance processes

• Identify process enhancement opportunities through technology

• Support inventory and operations with accurate reporting

Requirements:

• Experience in accounting, with CPA candidates encouraged

• Excellent analytical and organizational skills

• Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP systems

• Interest in technology-driven process improvement

• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership
