George Thomas, in partnership with a North American packaging manufacturer, is seeking a Plant Financial Controller for their manufacturing facility in the Greater Hamilton (Burlington), ON region. The role is onsite and offers a salary of CA $125,000 to CA $145,000 plus bonus, pension, and fringe benefits.
You will lead accounting functions, close cycles, manage cash and forecasting, and drive process improvements while ensuring GAAP compliance and strong internal controls.
