Position: Detail-Oriented Bookkeeper Needed Full-Time
Join Premium Plus Tool Repair & Packaging Inc. as a Detail-Oriented Bookkeeper managing the company’s financial records. This role emphasizes accuracy in accounts and compliance with reporting standards.

As a Bookkeeper, you will take charge of daily transaction recording, manage vendor payments and customer invoices, and perform essential bank reconciliations. You will also assist with payroll and contribute to financial reporting, reinforcing the company's operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record financial transactions and manage the general ledger

• Process accounts payable and receivable accurately

• Perform monthly reconciliations for all financial accounts

• Prepare journal entries and ensure compliance with regulations

• Assist with budget monitoring and cash flow management

Requirements:

• Diploma or certificate in Accounting or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience

• Proficiency in tools like Odoo and Quick Books

• Strong knowledge of Canadian accounting principles

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
