DJB is in search of a proactive Lead Tax Manager to oversee complex tax engagements including M&A transactions and estate planning. The ideal candidate will possess a CPA designation and at least 5 years of relevant experience, including 2 in Canadian income taxation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead strategic tax planning for various corporate clients
• Ensure compliance and review tax filings for accuracy
• Conduct and guide tax research initiatives
• Supervise staff and enhance professional development
• Collaborate for integrated client solutions across services
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in public accounting
• CPA designation mandatory
• Expertise in Canadian income taxation required
• Enrollment in CPA Canada In-Depth Tax Course preferred
• Familiarity with AI tools to enhance tax services
