Position: Morison Insurance Accounting Manager Needed
Become part of Morison Insurance as an Accounting Manager in Hamilton. This on-site position requires strong accounting knowledge to ensure financial accuracy and oversight for our team.

As the Accounting Manager, you will lead a skilled team and oversee financial operations while ensuring compliance and accurate reporting. With a minimum of 5 years in relevant accounting experience, particularly in insurance, you’ll drive high standards of performance from payroll management to financial controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop accounting policies and monitor financial performance

• Ensure timely processing of payroll and employee records

• Manage accounts payable and receivable operations

• Issue complete financial reports monthly

• Lead and support special projects as needed

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in accounting roles

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent qualifications

• CPA designation is preferred

• Familiarity with Applied EPIC is advantageous

• Strong organizational and communication capabilities
