Position: Financial Leader at Archmill House Inc.
Become the Controller at Archmill House Inc., where you'll oversee financial operations and reporting in a flexible, inclusive environment committed to excellence.

Your primary focus will be to ensure the financial integrity of our operations through precise reporting and management of A/P and A/R functions. Your leadership will be pivotal in enhancing project profitability and implementing robust internal controls that align with Archmill’s commitment to quality and efficiency. This role suits a candidate with substantial experience in financial management within a project-based manufacturing context.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct financial close process ensuring accuracy and compliance

• Prepare and analyze financial statements and relevant reports

• Supervise accounts payable and receivable functions

• Monitor project costs, profitability, and budget management

• Maintain accounting integrity and implement financial controls

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business

• CPA certification with 7-10 years in finance roles

• Strong background in project costing and inventory control

• Experience with ERP systems;
Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred

• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills
