Davis Orthodontics is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated, outgoing individual to join our dynamic team!
Responsibilities- Act as the first point of contact for new and existing patients—whether by phone, email, or in person.
- Collect key information from new patient inquiries and guide them through the next steps.
- Present treatment and financial options to patients with confidence and clarity.
- Review contracts and payment plans with new patients and their families.
- Coordinate insurance information and respond to coverage inquiries.
- Handle payments and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Conduct follow-up calls and assist with re-booking appointments.
- Prepare letters for doctors and collect required signatures.
- Support the front desk team as needed.
- Other administrative or patient care duties as required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you love talking to people and making them feel at ease.
- A natural flair for customer service and building relationships.
- Sales experience is preferred—you’re confident presenting options and helping people make informed decisions.
- Ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks in a busy environment.
- Positive, can‑do attitude and a collaborative mindset.
- Dental Assistant Level II and NDAEB certification are assets but not required.
Monday to Thursday from 7:50 AM - 5 PM with Monday at Queenston and Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at our Upper James location.
Salary: $25 000 — $30 000.
