Position: Personal Assistant (12 month FTC)

The Opportunity

As a Personal Assistant at KPMG, you’ll be the trusted right hand to our Partners and wider client facing division; helping them focus on what they do best while you orchestrate the details behind the scenes. This is your chance to join a global leader in professional services and play a pivotal role in driving efficiency and excellence.
  • This is a 12-month fixed term role.
Day To Day You Will
  • Manage complex diaries and coordinate meetings with precision.
  • Organise travel arrangements and ensure every detail is seamless.
  • Prepare high-quality documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Support events and projects that keep our business moving forward.
  • Collaborate with the wider Business Support team to deliver exceptional service.
  • Act as a key liaison for stakeholders, ensuring communication flows effortlessly.
About You
  • Proven experience in personal assistant or executive support roles.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication abilities and a professional demeanour.
  • Tech-savvy skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Master of multi-tasking with a eye for detail and knack for anticipating needs before they arise.
  • You are someone who excels at building trusted relationships with stakeholders and thrives in a collaborative environment.
