BGO is looking for a detail-oriented Leasing Administrator to enhance the resident experience within our rental community. This role includes overseeing lease administration and ensuring smooth move-ins and move-outs.
In this role, you will manage all administrative tasks associated with lease processing and support the leasing team as needed. Collaboration with the Community Manager will be essential for maintaining resident information and handling inquiries. Your focus will be on ensuring a seamless experience for residents while organizing details effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete application processing and lease administration
• Maintain accurate resident records in Yardi
• Conduct inspections during move-ins and move-outs
• Assist in creating lease agreements and rental reminders
• Handle resident complaints and emergencies swiftly
Requirements:
• 2+ years in real estate, customer service, or hospitality
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Advanced Excel, Word, Outlook proficiency
• Flexibility for evening or weekend hours
• Clear police verification check required
