Key Responsibilities   Greet all candidates and manage incoming calls
Manage personal belongings and ensure testing compliance
Open testing facilities and prepare daily schedules
Complete necessary candidate testing forms
Proctor exams and ensure a focused environment
Requirements   1-2 years administrative experience with documentation
1-2 years customer service background
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Flexibility to work wide-ranging shifts as needed
Transparent criminal background check required
