Responsibilities Open, prepare, identify, sort and batch all incoming mail based on product, exceptions, and priorities.
Operate computerized scanning machinery and programs to scan files into an imaging system.
Perform general scanning and information retrieval tasks.
Resolve simple problems and refer more difficult items to senior associates.
Assist in assembling data needed for reports and verify information for completeness.
Work in one functional area but may rotate through other areas for broader familiarity.
Ensure image/microfilm records are accurate and protected, meeting quality control standards.
Retrieve documents as requested and maintain appropriate records.
Distribute incoming letters, parcels, and express packages to correct areas and individuals; collect outgoing letters, parcels, and express packages.
Determine correct postage and record registered mail and express delivery.
Qualifications High school graduate.
1–2 years of general office experience.
Basic knowledge or experience with technical aspects related to the specialization.
Working Conditions and
Physical Requirements Works in a normal office environment.
Uses a keyboard and computer for the duration of the shift.
Interacts with co‑workers and engages in dialogue.
May be required to lift up to 50 pounds.
Pay Range $36,000.00 – $54,000.00. This range reflects various compensation factors including candidate background, experience, and location, and allows for salary growth within the position.
