Join the Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services as an Administrative Assistant
2. This role focuses on vital documentation and record maintenance within the Child & Family Services Division.
Your contributions will directly support the well-being of children and families in Montana. The position requires attention to detail in typing and updating essential records as well as strong written and verbal communication skills. Additionally, you’ll assist with research and foster cooperation among team members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Type and prepare various official documents
• Maintain and update Foster Care records
• Provide support in managing demographic information
• Foster effective communication with staff
• Engage in research as needed for projects
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years of administrative support experience
• Familiarity with social services systems a plus
• Proficient with office software and equipment
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
