Key Responsibilities:
• Complete lease administration with Yardi software
• Address resident complaints and conduct inspections
• Maintain cleanliness in common areas and suites
• Assist in orientation of new residents
• Prepare rental reminders for residents
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles
• High school diploma; college degree highly preferred
• Advanced computer skills, specifically Yardi
• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities
• Must pass a police clearance
