Key Responsibilities:
• Greet candidates and handle incoming calls seamlessly

• Prepare daily schedules and open testing facilities
• Complete necessary candidate documentation accurately
• Proctor exams to maintain concentration and focus
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of administrative experience in documentation
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service
• Ability to multitask and communicate effectively
• Flexible availability for various shifts
• Clear criminal background check required
