This role focuses on supporting all site functions, enhancing resident relationships, and managing administrative tasks critical to property management. You will also collaborate with the Property Manager, ensuring excellent customer service and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the first point of contact for residents
• Keep detailed records of rent collections
• Coordinate and track work orders efficiently
• Schedule contractors and ensure clear communication
• Conduct property inspections and document findings
Requirements:
• Business Administration diploma or similar qualification
• 2-5 years in property management or administration
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Expertise in property management software and Microsoft Office
