Support South Lanarkshire Health and Social Care as an Administrative Assistant focused on minute taking in Hamilton. This permanent role is vital for effective service delivery.
Based in Brandon Gate, you will facilitate accurate minute taking during crucial meetings such as Child Protection and Adult Support. This role involves close collaboration with both internal teams and external agencies to ensure that minutes are collected and circulated promptly. The 35-hour work week allows for a structured schedule, focusing on enhancing public health initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Attend and document meeting minutes primarily via Microsoft Teams
• Work with colleagues to arrange and coordinate meetings
• Distribute completed minutes following designated formats
• Maintain updates on the Child Protection Register
• Ensure timely completion of documentation to meet deadlines
Requirements:
• Experience in a clerical role with high volume tasks
• Strong written and oral communication abilities
• Previous minute-taking experience essential
• Organizational skills to meet varying deadlines
• Must pass a minute-taking test prior to the interview phase
