This position, reporting to a Housing Services Supervisor, combines strong administrative and customer service skills. You will be responsible for data entry, managing correspondence, and processing housing applications. Additionally, providing public relations support and managing confidential records are key components of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule meetings and appointments for effective operations

• Process housing applications and document eligibility

• Respond to client inquiries efficiently via multiple channels

• Maintain accurate records for financial transactions

• Assist in training new clerical staff as needed

Requirements:

• Background in business office management or related field

• Experience with Housing Services is an asset

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite functions

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
