St. Peter's Residence is seeking a Casual Scheduling Associate to assist the scheduling team. This role focuses on customer service, staff scheduling, and administrative tasks crucial for effective operations. Candidates should exhibit strong organizational skills and attention to detail while ensuring a positive experience for residents and staff alike.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily scheduling for St. Peter's staff
• Provide customer service and reception support
• Assist in creating and managing filing systems
• Produce memos, letters, and communications
• Collaborate with the administration team on various tasks
Requirements:
• High school graduation required
• Two years of administrative experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
• Experience with scheduling systems an asset
• Strong communication skills in English
