In this integral role, you will be the first point of contact for clients at Hamilton’s largest real estate office. Responsibilities include preparing property documents, managing online listings, and supporting the sales team with administrative tasks. The position provides an opportunity to grow within the real estate industry with ample support and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute a variety of office administration tasks
• Prepare property appraisals and agreements with precision
• Manage and upload property listings across platforms
• Greet visitors and handle incoming inquiries professionally
• Assist the sales team to ensure seamless operations
Requirements:
• Prior experience in administration or customer-facing roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
• Professional demeanor with a friendly approach
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and eager to learn new tools
