Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome clients and handle deliveries at the front desk
• Coordinate the schedule for meeting and conference rooms
• Manage visitor logs and issue visitor passes
• Answer incoming calls and relay important messages
• Accept and manage legal documents for the Firm
Requirements:
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience managing switchboard calls
• Ability to work autonomously and with teams
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
• High School Diploma required
