Your role at the funeral home will combine compassionate customer service with essential clerical tasks. Responsibilities include preparing for services, meeting client families, and assisting in the respectful preparation of remains. This position requires attention to detail and dedication to serving others during an emotional time.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver and set up floral arrangements and personal keepsakes
• Prepare necessary service-related documentation as directed
• Assist with the respectful preparation and care of deceased
• Operate office equipment and handle phone inquiries
• Transport clients and maintain funeral home vehicles
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Proficient in MS Office; willingness to learn necessary
• Valid state driver’s license with acceptable record
• Strong communication skills and level of compassion
