Key Responsibilities:
• Enter orders and payment specifications promptly in the ERP system
• Support accurate and complete contract record maintenance
• Enhance the Order Entry process through continuous improvement
• Analyze data to facilitate process enhancements
• Create and maintain comprehensive databases of contract information
Requirements:
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities
• 2+ years of relevant experience preferred
• Familiarity with ERP systems like Infor or SAP
• College Diploma or Associate's Degree is a plus
