Your role will entail clerical tasks and reception duties, ensuring efficient operations.
This position requires a Grade 12 diploma and a business certificate, along with at least one year of experience in administrative support within a mental health context. You will assist youth and families by managing their appointments and providing critical communication. Your organizational skills will keep the reception area functional and welcoming.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain reception desk, greeting clients and managing calls
• Register clients and handle scheduling tasks
• Process referrals and manage documentation
• Perform various clerical tasks, including scanning and filing
• Ensure the reception area remains organized and presentable
Requirements:
• High school diploma with business/administrative certification
• Experience in a busy mental health environment
• Basic MS Office skills required
• Communication skills to interact with youth and families
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
