Join BGO as a Site and Leasing Administrator to provide unparalleled support for our residential rental community. This dynamic role involves managing lease processes and ensuring resident satisfaction.
As a Site and Leasing Administrator, you will be the backbone of operations by overseeing application processes, resident interactions, and move-in coordination. Working closely with the Community Manager, you'll ensure timely deposits and maintain excellent resident relations. Your attention to detail will be key in fostering a welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage lease administration through Yardi
• Prepare resident move-in and key packages
• Conduct move-in and suite turnover inspections
• Assist prospective residents with applications
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas and suites
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer service
• High school diploma required; degree preferred
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Strong organization and multi-tasking abilities
• Flexibility to work evenings or weekends
