Our Hamilton office is looking for a Senior Administrative Professional to join its team. This is a new role, and the successful candidate will own the following responsibilities:
Responsibilities- Lead preparation of client invoices using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Workday
- Ability to learn and prepare ISED government claims and conscious of strict deadlines
- General Administrative duties include but are not limited to: photocopying, scanning, typing various documents, mass mailing
- Lead workflow software/systems including tracking and reporting
- Assist with greeting clients when appropriate
- Ad hoc reporting as required
- Client interaction to support information requests and follow-ups
- Comfortable using various databases and able to learn and adapt to custom software (such as Workday, Ascend)
- Perform other duties as assigned

- You have two years of working experience in an administrative or similar role
- You have an Office Administration diploma or other relevant education an asset
- Prior working experience at a professional services firm an asset
- Knowledge of the insolvency software Ascend an asset
- You have thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office computer programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- You have the ability to prioritize workload and the flexibility to manage multiple tasks
- You are able to work quickly and take on more responsibilities over time
- You have the ability to work in a deadline-driven work setting and deal with confidential information
- You have strong problem solving, analytical, and communication skills both written and oral
- You value teamwork, client service, and quality in detailed work
- You have excellent written and oral communication
Compensation range: $45,000 to $75,000 annually.
