We are looking for a Billing Coordinator to join our team across Canadian offices. This role encompasses various clerical and accounting assignments aligned with billing procedures. The chosen candidate will demonstrate exceptional problem-solving abilities and prioritize tasks effectively to support our billing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare, correct, and manage pre-bills and bills
• Ensure compliance with billing formats and guidelines
• Maintain and track monthly billing progress reports
• Proofread data entries and correct errors promptly
• Support team members with billing questions
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in billing, preferably in a law firm
• Solid understanding of accounting principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Flexibility to adjust hours as needed during busy periods
