Position: Support Officer for Continuing Education
Join Mohawk College as a Support Officer within the Marinucci Family Centre for Professional Advancement. This hybrid role focuses on statistical analysis, financial tracking, and administrative support for educational programs.

This temporary assignment runs from July to December 2026 and provides 35 hours of work per week. You will assist program management by compiling data, managing expenditures, and supporting academic operations with various internal and external stakeholders. Strong analytical skills are essential for monitoring budgets and liaising with partners to enhance program effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compile and analyze financial and statistical data for reporting

• Establish and monitor financial tracking systems

• Liaise with academic and community partners on program-related matters

• Coordinate Program Advisory Committee meetings effectively

• Assist in marketing and maintaining course information accuracy

Requirements:

• Three years post-secondary education in Business or equivalent

• Minimum 3 years relevant work experience

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Knowledge of financial management and data analytics

• Strong customer service skills
