In this position, you will report to the Manager of Services & Operations and be responsible for scheduling Intervenor Services and collaborating with various teams. Your background in database environments and proficiency in Microsoft Office will be essential to succeed in this dynamic role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and schedule Intervenor Services effectively
• Collaborate with managers to allocate resources
• Handle administrative tasks like report writing and compliance
• Prepare correspondence and assist in community presentations
• Attend both internal and external meetings
Requirements:
• 3+ years of relevant experience needed
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills
• Open to occasional travel as needed
• Knowledge of Deaf culture and ASL is a plus
