Become a Student Supports Representative at MSA, providing essential front-line service to students at the Fennell campus and beyond. Connect with students and help them navigate available resources effectively.
In this crucial support role, you will serve as an ambassador for student needs, listening to their questions and guiding them to appropriate MSA and College resources. Your responsibilities also include administrative support for management and maintaining smooth operational functions within the office.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote student involvement through services and programs
• Handle inquiries and direct students to appropriate contacts
• Collect informal feedback and share with staff
• Perform administrative tasks supporting office functions
• Manage the Food Bank and Career Closet programs
Requirements:
• College diploma in Office Administration or Business required
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in office or customer service settings
• Strong passion for working with post-secondary students
• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with care
