Coordinator – Scheduling at CNIB DBCS

This position will report to the Manager of Services & Operations, where you’ll be tasked with scheduling Intervenor Services for clients who are Deafblind. Your collaboration with the DBCS team will be crucial for effective resource allocation as well as managing documentation and tracking services. If you are organized and detail-oriented, this position is a compelling fit.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule Intervenor Services for Deafblind clients
• Collaborate with teams for service resource allocation
• Handle administrative duties including report preparation
• Participate in community presentations as needed
• Attend meetings and assist with related tasks
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of related work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and videoconferencing tools
• Knowledge of ASL is advantageous
• Flexibility to work varied hours and travel
• Excellent communication skills
