HFHT is looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to enhance support for healthcare professionals. This full-time position requires superb customer service skills, exceptional communication, and an ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment. You will play a key role in liaising with patients and managing sensitive information responsibly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Respond to patient inquiries via phone
• Ensure patient records are accurate and up to date
• Assist with scanning and faxing medical documents
• Coordinate room bookings and oversee scheduling
Requirements:
• BA or diploma in Medical Office Administration
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
• Initiative and strong problem-solving skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office software
